‘Practicing yoga does not eliminate life’s challenges, and neither does it provide us with a convenient trap-door to escape from life’s distractions. Instead, Yoga gives us the skills to meet life head-on with dignity and poise’. Donna Farhi
I fell in love with yoga in 2014. I initially signed up to the local gym class to try soothing a back injury caused by many years of ballet. I benefited from the practice right away and since that day I never looked back.
My first teacher training was in Hatha Yoga in 2018. Over the years, I have undertaken several other courses and now mainly teach Ashtanga, Yin, Vinyasa Flow and Restorative Yoga.
I love teaching and being able to share my passion for this wonderful practice. Yoga is the most bountiful tree, whose fruits never cease coming.
Originally from Italy, I landed in Aotearoa in 2021. I love gardening, hiking and cold water swimming (and pretty much anything that involves the outdoors)
